Vidalia Onion Dip

Entertaining season is upon us and so is the need for easy appetizers. This Vidalia Onion Dip recipe takes advantage of the sweet onion harvest and is an easy dish to prepare and either serve at home or take to a party.

2 Cups mayonnaise
8 oz. Kraft Natural Italian Style Cheese Crumbles (or shredded Italian cheese of any kind)
1 large Vidalia or sweet onion, coarsely chopped (about 2 cups)

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Mix all ingredients until well blended. Spread into an 8-inch square baking dish. Bake 30 minutes or until golden brown. Cool slightly. Serve with crackers or bread rounds.

Makes 3 1/2 cups or 28 servings, 2 Tbsp. each.
