Baked Brandied Cranberries

You'll never open a can of cranberry sauce again! This easy recipe is a sure crowd pleaser for your Thanksgiving feast. With few ingredients, it's a snap to toss together. Mix everything into an ovenproof serving dish, bake and serve. No fuss. No muss. 

1 (12-oz.) pkg. Fresh cranberries
1 1/2 C Sugar
2 tsp Grated orange peel
3 T Brandy

Heat oven to 350. In 1-1/2 qt. casserole, combine all ingredients; mix well. Cover.

Bake at 350 for 20 minutes. Uncover; stir and bake an additional 30-40 minutes or until cranberries pop and mixture is slightly thickened. Serve warm or cold.
