Easy Green Beans

If you're tired of doctoring up canned or frozen green beans, this recipe is an easy, sure-to-please alternative that is quick enough to serve on a week night and flavorful enough to serve with a holiday meal.

2 (15-oz) cans green beans
1 beef bouillon cube
1 T Worcestershire Sauce
1 t soy sauce
1 T butter
1/8 t garlic powder
1/8 t pepper

Drain the green beans, reserving 1/2 of the liquid. Dissolve the bouillon cube in the reserved liquid. Place green beans and liquid in a saucepan. Add Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, butter or margarine, garlic and pepper. Simmer for 15 minutes. Serve with a slotted spoon.
