This recipe has been my family's go-to summer macaroni salad for as long as I can remember. Simple to make and a sure hit at any summer gathering.
8 oz. cooked elbow macaroni
1 C. mayonnaise
1/4 C. French salad dressing
1 tsp. paprika
Chopped onion, celery and green pepper, to taste
1 can shrimp, cooked (I use the frozen salad shrimp)
Mix together and chill for 4 hours. Sprinkle a bit of paprika on top to garnish. Serve.
